Taking steps to minimize our impact on the environment is a priority. So much so
that Emerald City was named the Kent, WA Green Business of the Year. In 2007,
we became FSC certified. That means that we support the highest social and environmental
standards in all that we do.
Only those companies that are certified and follow the FSC chain of custody are able to imprint the FSC logo on the materials they produce. The standards are stringent and rigorous, but that’s all right. It’s the only planet we’ve got.
