LEADING THE WAY

The Forest Stewardship Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to responsible management of our forests. Created in 1993, the goal was to change the dialogue about sustainable forestry worldwide. In doing so, the FSC has established guidelines, principles and standards that span economic, social and environmental concerns. The FSC standards represent the world's strongest system for guiding forestry management toward sustainable outcomes.

What this means for printing & paper is that here in the U.S., the largest market for paper products in the world, we have a significant need to to contribute to conservation, responsible management and community level benefits for people near paper producing forests.
